• In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Original invoice has to be provided

• Email Espressobicyclerepairs@gmail.com to request a return. You'll need your order number and email associated with the order.

• All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all parts, original tags, and packaging materials within 30 days of purchase. 

• Used items will not be accepted by Espresso Bicycle Repairs, LLC

• Due to health concerns, Espresso Bicycle Repairs is unable to accept any returns of nutrition, supplements, consumable food products, swim items, this includes but is not limited to swim suits, goggles, fins, and paddles.

• All cancelled and return items are subject to a 20% restocking fee 

• All Special-Order & Close-Out sales are final. A Special Order is an item that Espresso Bicycle Repairs does not actively stock or sell and specifically orders from a manufacturer or distributor for a customer.

• Espresso Bicycle Repairs does not refund shipping charges
• Espresso Bicycle Repairs does not compensate for return shipping charges 

Follow these instructions to return any Online purchase by mail.

• Make a copy of your original invoice for your records. Send us the original only!

• Circle the item(s) that you are returning for store credit or exchanging on the bottom portion of the invoice and note the specific reason why.

• Pack and seal your return or return's securely, in the original packaging if possible, and include the original invoice. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. 

• Important...We recommend you Insure your return for the proper merchandise dollar amount, this covers you in the event the package is lost or damaged by the post office.

• Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund in full on any damaged returned merchandise on behalf of the post office or shipping company for uninsured returns. (All Special orders and closeout specials are non-refundable.)
